LATISSE:  A prescription treatment for hypotrichosis used to grow eyelashes, making them longer, thicker, and darker.  Eyelash hypotrichosis is another name for having inadequate or not enough eyelashes. One drop to each eyelid is applied with an applicator for each eyelid.  Kit is $120.00 and lasts one month.  Office visit is required with Dr. Chisa since this is a prescription.

 

PREVAGE MD:  Anti-aging treatment with the key ingredient idebenone, the most powerful topical antioxidant available in a skin care product.  The 1% strength is available only in PREVAGE MD and only from your doctor.  It helps correct the skin damage that you already have, and also helps protect your skin from future damage.  It has been clinically shown to reduce the signs of aging in only 4 weeks.  Recommend using morning and night every day.

 

Ultra Gentle Cleanser:  This is a rich, soap-free liquid that gently cleanses and softens the skin without drying.  This soap-free gentle cleansing formula contains a rich blend of antioxidants including Liposomal Vitamins A, C, E, and Green Tea Extract in combination with Coenzyme Q10 to assist in minimizing free-radical-induced skin damage while aiding in the restoration of healthy looking skin.  It is delicately scented with light essential oil of lavender.  Great for all skin types, especially sensitive and dry skin.

 

Glycolic 10% Cleanser:  This moisturizing cleanser is a rich, soap-free formulation utilizing glycolic acid to gently exfoliate, cleanse, and smooth the skin.  This gentle formula contains a rich blend of antioxidants including Liposomal A, C, E, and Green Tea Extract in combination with Co-Q10 to assist in minimizing free-radical-induced skin damage while aiding in the restoration of healthy looking skin.  Ideal for oily or acne prone skin.

 

Fortified Moisturizer:  This moisture enriched facial cream contains Vitamins A, C, E, Green Tea, and Coenzyme Q-10 to assist in minimizing free-radical-induced skin damage.  Recommended for dry skin at night. 

 

Ultra Lite Moisturizer:  This moisture enriched facial cream contains Vitamins A, C, E, Green Tea Extract, and Coenzyme Q-10 to assist in minimizing free-radical-induced skin damage.  Recommended for normal to oily skin at night. 

 

Retinol Plus Smoothing Serum:  This Retinol Serum can help achieve smoother, firmer and more evenly toned skin.  It is enriched with caffeine to help achieve more radiant looking skin while delivering the skin enhancement and protective antioxidant benefits afforded by 90% green tea polyphenols.  There are four strengths and it is encouraged to start with the lowest strength and increase after completion of each bottle if it is non-irritating.  Thin coat every night, washed off in the morning followed by sunscreen.  It is one of the best anti-aging products we recommend and can also be helpful for oily or acne prone skin.

 

Eye Lightening Repair Cream:  This cream is specially formulated to moisturize and lessen the appearance of under-eye dark circles while lightening and firming the delicate skin around the eyes.  Apply after cleansing the skin day and night to see the most improvement.  Most beneficial for fine line and dark circle repair.

 

Antioxidant Eye Cream:  This eye cream utilizes a rich blend of antioxidants including Vitamins A, C, E, Green Tea Extract, and Co-Q10, to assist in minimizing free-radical-induced skin damage.  It is specially formulated for the delicate skin around the eyes and is recommended to be used twice a day after cleansing the face.  Best for moisturizing and preventative purposes.   

 

Sun Shield Spray:  Convenient spray containing Avobenzone which protects the most against the damaging UVA and UVB rays.  It has free radical quenching antioxidants and regular use of this sunscreen may help to prevent premature aging of the skin and skin cancer due to the sun.  Recommend reapplying every four hours.

 

DML Facial Moisturizer SPF 25:  This is a non-greasy, unscented moisturizer that soothes and hydrates while protecting from UVA and UVB rays.  It contains the ingredient Avobenzone which we recommend patient’s to use daily on all areas not covered by clothing.  It is non-comedogenic so it does not clog the pores, and it contains hyaluronic acid so it has superior hydrating capabilities.  Great for all skin types. 

 

ANTHELIOS SX Daily Moisturizer SPF 15:  A unique fragrance-free daily use moisturizer with sunscreen that combines Avobenzone and an innovative ingredient, Mexoryl SX.  This is dual protection against the damaging UVA and UVB rays.  It has intense, 24 hour long-lasting hydration and is non-greasy.  It is recommended for patients that tend to tan even while using a sunscreen containing Avobenzone. 

 

ANTHELIOS SPF 40 & 60:  Sunscreen containing Avobenzone and Mexoryl for dual protection against damaging UVA and UVB rays.  This product is used when in direct sun for long periods of time, reapplying every four hours.

 

Auriderm:  The use of Auriderm vanishing gel can help to strengthen blood vessel walls, as well as reduce or eliminate bruises. Auriderm’s unique patented ingredient, Vitamin K Oxide, activates the body’s natural healing process to help eliminate the unsightly discolorations. Auriderm vanishing gel clears most bruising in six to eight weeks when no new injury occurs.  Apply to affected areas twice daily, morning and evening. 

 

DML Forte cream:  Specially formulated to restore and maintain the skin’s moisture barrier function.  It is indicated for use on dry, chapped, cracked skin and whenever the skin is sensitive or irritated.  It leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth.

 

DML Moisturizing Lotion:  This lotion is recommended for dry skin and helps condition the skin, retain moisture and leave the skin soft and smooth.  Apply immediately after shower or bath for most absorption.
